Back to Top Reply Addresses How to send replies to a certain email address and not to the mailing list Go to the administrative page for the list Click on the General options Scroll down to Select Explicit Address Enter in the email address in the textbox. Back to Top How to Add Topics Mailman has the capability to send messages to email addresses based on the topic of the message. Mulitple topics can be defined in mailman and the members can choose which topics they would like to recieve. The use of topics can eliminate the need for multiple list Go to the administrative page for the list Under the Configuration Category click on Topics Enable the topic filtering by checking Enabled on the first line under topics.
